Who We Are
Simonds Hills is a proposed residential community in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
The original proposed community would include 200 units of which (44) single-family homes, (46) active-adult duplex units and (110) town home condominiums.
On May 12, 2025, the developer updated the proposed community to 176 single-family homes with significant coverage area changes. The current conceptual plan offers more open space than it was previously proposed.
