Who We Are
Simonds Hills is a proposed residential community in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
The original proposed community would include 200 units of which (44) single-family homes, (46) active-adult duplex units and (110) town home condominiums.
On September 24, 2026, the developer presented a revised conceptual site plan which now includes two entrances from Freetown Street and one entrance from County Street with almost 60% of the site to remain open space. The community will consist of 199 single-family homes of which 58 homes will be designated as a 55+ active community.
